The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety (i enjoyed the pastries!). The location was excellent. It was very easy to reach the city center by walking.

The elevator felt a little small when I had my luggage with me.

The location is very good. Everything is within walking distance. The reception staff was friendly. They had smiling faces all the time. The room was clean and warm. This contributed to a comfortable stay.

The elevator broke on the day of my departure, so I carried heavy suitcases down the stairs.

The location was very convenient (i enjoyed the proximity to local attractions). I also appreciated the cleanliness of my room. It was super clean upon arrival. The staff were very helpful. The bathroom had been recently renovated, with an excellent shower.

The elevator was quite small. Only TWO people could fit comfortably.

loud noiseworn carpets

the room i booked faced a nearby nightclub the noise prevented restful sleep until the early hours. the outdated decor in the room featured worn carpets that felt unhygienic. i found long black hairs in the bathroom specifically on the mirror. the shower drain was clogged causing water to accumulate. operating the room door was difficult it required excessive force to open and close.

Is there a place for our bus to park when we arrive on Friday night? We have a karate competition in Budapest and there are 25 of us.
